Print Invoices / Statements


 
This function will let you print a sample invoice for the current month for a given customer. This will NOT record any data or update the database. This is only to see what the customer's invoice would look like if it were to be created/printed/recorded by the system today.
This function will create an invoice for a customer and record the transaction in the database. This function will also e-mail the invoice to the billing contact's e-mail address. This function will also update the account history with the charges and payments listed on the invoice that you are about to create.
